SPESIMA Shines at ANKIROS 2022 in Istanbul
SPESIMA proudly participated in the ANKIROS 2022 exhibition, held in Istanbul from October 6th to 8th, where we showcased our cutting-edge technology on the METAL PRESS MAKINA booth. ANKIROS, one of the world’s most significant trade fairs for the foundry, iron-steel, and non-ferrous metals industries, offered an exceptional platform for SPESIMA to demonstrate its expertise in automation and robotics for die casting operations.
Live Demonstration of Full Automation System
During the exhibition, SPESIMA highlighted its innovative approach to full automation by showcasing a fully integrated system. This system featured a dosing manipulator, spraying manipulator, and an extraction manipulator reengineered from a KUKA robot, all operating seamlessly on a 1100-ton cold chamber die casting machine. Visitors had the opportunity to witness firsthand how this advanced automation setup can significantly enhance production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve the overall quality of cast parts.
